Cooking has always been a great pleasure for Keith, being able to provide joyous moments through food is some of his life's most rewarding experiences. His entrepreneurial spirit lead him to purchase a food truck.
"Cooking good food for a crowd came naturally, I feel good when people have a happy face after enjoying what I conjured up. I decided it was the ideal opportunity and time to finally do something I’ve always wanted to do!"
Keith founded Porky's TX Burgers and More in 2018,. A true dog lover, the name stemmed from his beloved French Bulldog, Porkchop AKA Porky. Humble beginnings started Keith off with a simple menu of burgers. Overtime he discovered his true talent and passion, Barbeque.

Meeting new people, getting to interact with his customers, and tailoring menus for a variety of events and occasions has been Keith's high points with his food truck.
